Missing Territories in Sage 300 Order Entry


Orders posted to OE for customers with an assigned territory show no territory listed after posting.


This issue may be caused when changing the Ship To location on orders if the Ship To location does not have a territory defined.


To resolve this issue ensure that there is a territory assigned for each A/R Ship-To Location listed for customers.

  1. Open A/R Customers
  2. Open Ship-To Locations
  3. Using the finder to locate the customer in question
  4. For each location listed update Territory field as appropriate.

The issue should now be resolved for future orders.
Please note you may need to add the territory on existing orders.
