When running Financial reporter Statement Designer, Excel opens but there is no FR menu under Add-Ins.
The Accpacfrxx0 (xx is the version) add-in is missing or inactive.
If the add-in is missing select Manage Excel Add-Ins and browse to the GLXXA folder in the Sage 300 ERP programs directory. Select the Accpacfrxx0.xla (xx is the version) file.
Sometimes you may need to temporarily disable all excel Add-ins.
