Missing Financial Reporter Add-In in Sage 300
Summary
When running Financial reporter Statement Designer, Excel opens but there is no FR menu under Add-Ins.
Cause
The Accpacfrxx0 (xx is the version) add-in is missing or inactive.
Resolution
If the add-in is missing select Manage Excel Add-Ins and browse to the GLXXA folder in the Sage 300 ERP programs directory. Select the Accpacfrxx0.xla (xx is the version) file.
Sometimes you may need to temporarily disable all excel Add-ins.
- In Excel open the Options, select Trust Center, Add-ins
- Select option to disable add-ins. Close Excel.
- Run Financial Reporter.
- Restore option to enable add-ins (whether FR works or not)
- If FR worked when add-ins were disabled, rerun FR after add-ins are enabled.
