How to look up invoices and credit notes by salesperson using the O/E Salesperson Inquiry screen on Sage 300 Order Entry

Steps:

  1. Open Order Entry > O/E Statistics and Inquiries > Salesperson Inquiry.
  2. Select a salesperson.
  3. Specify the customer number, document type, range of years and periods, and (if you use multicurrency accounting) currency to include. For more information about using this screen, see “O/E Salesperson Inquiry Screen ” (page 400).
  4. Click the Go button.  Documents that match the criteria you specified appear in the table.
  5. To view or print a document that appears in the results, select the detail line for the document and click the Details button.
