Sage CRM: HTTP 500 when open CRM Website
Description
When open CRM website after new install on Windows server, receive error:
HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error
Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Sage 300 ERP\Tomcat\Jakarta\isapi_redirect.dll” failed

Resolution
- Open IIS management console from Administrative tools
- Go to default website, open ISAPI filters
- Highlight SageAccpacUrlRedirector and select Edit
- Write down filter name and Executable pathFilter name:SageAccpacUrlRedirector
Executable: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Sage 300 ERP\Tomcat\Jakarta\isapi_redirect.dll
- Remove it
- Test if CRM is working, then add the ISAPI filter back.
