Sage CRM: HTTP 500 when open CRM Website

Description

When open CRM website after new install on Windows server, receive error:

HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error

Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Sage 300 ERP\Tomcat\Jakarta\isapi_redirect.dll” failed

Resolution

  1. Open IIS management console from Administrative tools
  2. Go to default website, open ISAPI filters
  3. Highlight SageAccpacUrlRedirector and select Edit
  4. Write down filter name and Executable pathFilter name:SageAccpacUrlRedirector

    Executable: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Sage 300 ERP\Tomcat\Jakarta\isapi_redirect.dll

  5. Remove it
  6. Test if CRM is working, then add the ISAPI filter back.
