Sage CRM: Cannot save task after upgrade


After upgrade CRM to 7.2, when saving a task, nothing happens.


This issue is caused by the comm_isalldayevent field set to Required.


Steps to resolve issue:

  1. Login to CRM as admin
  2. Go to Administration, customization, communication, in Fields tab
  3. Click on Filed Security for All day Event
  4. Uncheck Required, click on Continue
