How to put a Password on a Crystal Report.
Resolution
- Open SAP Crystal Reports for Sage
- Click on File, then select New Standard report.
- Select the Company.
- Enter the login information
- Choose the data from the available data source
- The selected tables appear on the right side of the screen
- Click Next
- You can now choose the information to display on the report
- Click on Finish
- You will be taken to the Report Preview tab.
- You can add or delete the fields on the Design tab of the Report
- Select the object on the Design tab of the report.
- Then go to File, click on Report Options
- Check the Save Lock Report Design checkbox
- You will be prompted to provide a password
- Enter the password and then Save the report.
