How to put a Password on a Crystal Report.

Resolution

  1. Open SAP Crystal Reports for Sage
  2. Click on File, then select New Standard report.
  3. Select the Company.
  4. Enter the login information

  5. Choose the data from the available data source
  6. The selected tables appear on the right side of the screen
  7. Click Next
  8. You can now choose the information to display on the report
  9. Click on Finish
  10. You will be taken to the Report Preview tab.
  11. You can add or delete the fields on the Design tab of the Report
  12. Select the object on the Design tab of the report.
  13. Then go to File, click on Report Options
  14. Check the Save Lock Report Design checkbox
  15. You will be prompted to provide a password
  16. Enter the password and then Save the report.
