How to View Document History when Refunding a Customer in Sage 300

Before You Start

  • Select or create the refund batch and the refund entry

To view the history of a credit note or prepayment:

  1. On the detail table on the A/R Refund Entry screen, select the document.
  2. Click History.
    The A/R Document History screen appears.
  3. To see other columns or lines, click the arrows in the lower corners of the screen, or use the scroll bars.
    Note: You cannot change any of the information in this screen.
  4. Click Close to return to the A/R Refund Entry screen.
