Resolution

Note: In order to install applications in Windows and do other administrative tasks you need to have administrator rights (privileges) on your computer

  1. In Windows XP, click the Windows Start button, then select Run, in Windows Vista 7 or 8 hold down the Windows key, then press the letter R
  2. In the Open filed of the Run window, type control userpasswords2, then select OK
  3. If the user has Local Administrator rights, you will see a window displaying the list of authorized Windows users
