Resolution
Note: In order to install applications in Windows and do other administrative tasks you need to have administrator rights (privileges) on your computer
- In Windows XP, click the Windows Start button, then select Run, in Windows Vista 7 or 8 hold down the Windows key, then press the letter R
- In the Open filed of the Run window, type control userpasswords2, then select OK
- If the user has Local Administrator rights, you will see a window displaying the list of authorized Windows users
