How to Sort Tasks by Completion Status in Zoho Projects

Zoho Projects features views that allow you to see tasks based on percentage of completion (from 0 to 100%) or priority (low to high), but what if you want to see tasks based on their completion level (open to closed)?

1. Log into Zoho Projects
2. Click on “Projects” in the left sidebar
3. Click on any project
4. In the top left corner, change the view to Status
5. Your tasks for the project you chose will be organized by completion level
6. Recommended: Change the setting in the top right corner to Kanban view. Kanban view organizes your tasks into columns, and utilizes a drag-and-drop interface. Move tasks from one completion category to another easily with Kanban view.
