How to Show and Hide Tabs on the Customer Inquiry Screen in Accounts Receivable for Sage 300

Before You Start

  1. Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Customers > Customer Inquiry.
  2. In the Customer No. field, enter the customer number, and then press Tab.

Note:

  • If your system uses security, you need Transaction History Inquiry authorization to view tabs that contain transaction data.
  • Order Entry tabs are available only if you are using a compatible version of Sage 300 Order Entry.
  • The IC Contract Pricing tab is available if you are using a compatible version of Inventory Control

To hide Customer Inquiry tabs that you do not normally use:

  1. On the A/R Customer Inquiry screen, click Settings > Tabs.
  2. On the Tabs screen that appears:
    a. From the Visible Tabs list, select the name of the tab you want to hide.
    b. Click Exclude.
    c. Repeat steps a and b for all the tabs you want to hide.
    d. Click Close to return to the Customer Inquiry screen.
  3. To save these settings for next time you use Customer Inquiry, click Settings > Save Settings As Defaults

To display hidden tabs:

  1. On the A/R Customer Inquiry screen, click Settings > Tabs.
  2. On the Tabs screen:
    • From the Available Tabs list, select the name of the tab you want to display.
    • Click Include.
    • Repeat steps a and b for all the tabs you want to display.
    • Click Close to return to the Customer Inquiry screen.
  3. To save these settings for next time you use Customer Inquiry, click Settings > Save Settings As Defaults.
