How to Setup Role for Business Insights


Use Caution when working with the below product functionality.  Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions.


  1. Go to Library Master, Main, Role Maintenance
  2. Select the role for the user.
  3. Go to the Tasks Tab and then to Business Insights, check mark:
    • Business Insights Report
    • Business Insights Reporter Export
  4. Go to the Tasks Tab and then to Library Master
    • Business insights Reporter Listing,
    • Business Insights Reporter
    • Rebuild Business Insights Reporter Views.
  5. Go to Module Options the Tasks Tab, Library Master, and check mark:
    • Show Business Insights Reporter Views.
