How to set up a new look-up table
Description
How to set up a new look up table for a selection &/or multi-select field, once the field is already created?
Resolution
- Log into CRM as a user with administrative rights
- Go to Administration, Customization, Translations
- Select New
- Enter in the following values :
- Caption Code:
- Caption Family:
- Caption Family Type: Choices
- Caption Order: // This is the order in which your options will be displayed
- US Translation:
- Save
