How to Set Activity Reminders in Zoho CRM

To set reminders for tasks:

  1. In the Activities tab, click on the task for which you want to set reminders.
  2. In the Task Details page, click Edit.
  3. Toggle the Reminder button and do the following: (i)Specify the date and time when you want the reminder. (ii)Specify the repeat pattern. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.) (iii)Choose Email, Pop up, or Both as notification as required

4. Click Save.

  • If an email reminder is set for the task, notifications will be sent via email.
  • If a pop-up reminder is set for the task, notifications will be sent via pop up.

To set reminders for meetings:

  1. In the Activities tab, click on the meeting for which you want to set reminders.
  2. In the Meetings Details page, click Edit.
  3. In the Meeting Information pop up, choose the intervals of time to receive alert before the meeting starts under Reminder dropdown.

4. Click Save. After creating a meeting, you can invite users, leads, or contacts by clicking Add Invitees.

To set reminders for calls:

  1. In the Activities tab, click on the call for which you want to set reminders.
  2. In the Calls Details page, click Edit.
  3. In the Edit Call pop up, choose the interval of time to receive alert before the meeting starts under Reminder dropdown.

4. Click Save
