To reinstall the Sage CRM Synchronization Component will require you to uninstall and reinstall this component; and then testing the installation.

  1. Uninstall the Sage CRM Synchronization Component.
    • Open Windows Control Panel.
    • Click Programs and Features.
    • Uninstall the Sage CRM Synchronization Component.
  2. Install the Sage CRM Synchronization Component.
    • Login to Sage 300 ERP.
    • In the Sage CRM folder, click Workstation Setup.
      The Confirmation screen will appear.
    • Click Yes. The Sage CRM Synchronization Component screen appears.
    • Click Yes.
    • Select I Agree.
    • Click Next.
    • Accept the default folder location, or click Browse to install to a different folder.
    • Determine if you want to install Sage CRM Synchronization Component for yourself, or for anyone who uses this computer.
    • Click Next until you see the installation progress bar.
      When it completes, you will see a message indicating that the Sage CRM Synchronization Component has been successfully installed.
    • Click Close to exit.
  3. Test the Installation
    • In Sage 300 ERP, click the Sage CRM folder, then click Workstation Setup.
      A message will appear indicating that the workstation is now setup to communicate with the Sage CRM Web Services.
    • Click Close. The E/W Sage CRM Workstation Setup screen will appear.
    • Click Test to check the Sage CRM Web Services connection.
      You will receive a message whether the connection was successful.
