How to recall lotted inventory items on Sage 300 Inventory Control
Steps:
- Open Inventory Control > I/C Periodic Processing > Lot Recalls/Releases.
- From the Entry Type list, select Recall.
- In the Lot Number field, select the lot that you want to recall. In the Item Number field, select the I/C item number of the lotted item you are recalling.
- Click Post.
- Record the recall number, which you will need to release the items if they are deemed safe and usable in future.
