How to look up Order Entry and Purchase Orders transactions on Sage 300 Inventory Control
Steps:
- Open Inventory Control > I/C Statistics and Inquiries > Current Transactions Inquiry.
- Specify an item number.
- Specify whether to inquire about purchase orders or sales orders.
- Specify a range of orders, as follows:
- For sales orders, specify a range of expected shipping dates.
- For purchase orders, specify a range of expected arrival dates.
- Click the Go button to view orders that match the criteria you specified. The following information appears in the table:
