How to import journal entries into General Ledger?

Resolution

An import template can be produced by exporting journal entries to an export file from the G/L Journal Entry screen. You can then remove the existing records from this import file and use this as the import template to import your journal entries.
To produce an import template, you need to:

1. Click General Ledger, G/L Transactions, Journal Entry.
   The G/L Journal Entry screen appears.
2. Click the New icon, located beside the Batch Number Finder.
3. Under the File menu, click Export.
4. From your keyboard, press the F1 key for more information on using the Export feature.
