Sage 100 - How to Force a Password Change
Application: Sage 100, Sage 100cloud
- Log into Sage 100
- Go to Library Master Module / Setup / System Configuration / Security Tab
- Check Mark Require all Users to Enter a Password
- Check Mark Force Password Change After a Set Number of Days
- Click Accept Button
- Note: If you desire this to be one-time, you will need to go back in after the set number of days and uncheck this. In this example, you would uncheck this after 30 days. It may be wise to uncheck it after 40 days so that it would give ample time for the users to change it if they are out of the office such as vacation, etc. If you do not uncheck it, it will force them to change their password every 30 days.
