How to Filter Calendar Tasks by Project in Zoho Projects
Zoho Projects uses a powerful Calendar feature that allows you to view tasks by month, week, or day. However, what happens when you have hundreds of clients and thousands of tasks? You can use the filter feature in Zoho Projects’ calendar to filter calendar tasks.
Filter Calendar Tasks by Project
- Log into Zoho Projects.
- Please note that, for the following steps to work, you’ll need to have at least 1 task that has a start and end date entered into Zoho Projects. Tasks only start appearing in the calendar on Zoho Projects if they have a start and end date.
- Next, select Calendar from the left sidebar.
- In the top right corner, click on the funnel-shaped Filter icon and select “Projects” to start filtering your Calendar by project(s).
- Say goodbye to messy callendars! Now, you can start viewing your calendar tasks by individual project.
