How to Distribute to Multiple Lots Through Shipping Data Entry for Sage 100

Resolution

In Shipping Data Entry:

1. Enter Shipper ID
2.  Select Sales Order from Order No. lookup
3.  Enter Shipped quantity
4.  Access Lot/Serial Number Distribution grid
5.  Click Show All Lots button
6. Enter quantities applicable to each Lot Number and click OK

Note: If you do not click the Show All Lots button, the first Lot Number you select , will distribute the Shipped quantity amount automatically, and will drop to line.
