How to create new country codes in Sage 100

Create new country codes in Country Code Maintenance.

• Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.00 and higher:
  1. Open Library Master, Setup, Country Code Maintenance.
  2. Enter the new country code in the Country field.
  3. Enter the country’s name in the Name field.
  4. Enter the country’s phone code in the Phone code field.
  5. Click Accept.

Note: if using Sage 100 2015 and higher, with Sage CRM integration, be cautious modifying existing Country Codes in Sage 100 as they are be linked to CRM Country Codes (alternate country code).

• Sage MAS 90 and 200 3.71 and prior:
  1. Open Library Master, Common, Country Code Maintenance.
  2. Enter the new country code in the Country field.
  3. Enter the country’s name in the Name field.
  4. Click Accept.
     Note: The ‘Phone Code’ field is not available on versions prior to 4.00.
