These instructions assume use of the SOTAMAS90 ODBC connection. The SOTAMAS90 connection does not exist for Sage 100 Premium edition; the instructions below are for Sage 100 Standard or Advanced editions only.
- Open the report in Crystal Reports.
- On the Database menu, click Database Expert.
- On the Data tab, expand the History folder. (Select the SOTAMAS90 connection and expand it)
To add the Sy0_CompanyParameters table to the report:
- Add the Sy0_CompanyParameters table to the report
- Note: Prior to Sage 100 2016, the table name was Sy0_CompanyParameter
- Click the Links tab.
- Link any field in the table farthest to the right to any field in the Sy0_CompanyParameters table
- Note: Prior to Sage 100 2016, the table name was Sy0_CompanyParameter
- Double-click the link to open the Link Options window.
- In the Link Type area, click != so that the link is a not-equal join.
- Add the current Company Name field to the report
