Granting Access to Budget Maintenance in Sage 300
Summary
How to grant access to the Budget Maintenance window.
Resolution
Perform the following steps in order to grant access to the Budget Maintenance window:
- Open a company with the Sage 300 ERP ADMIN user
- Click the Administrative Services icon
- Double mouse click Security Groups
- Click the drop down arrow in the Application field and select General Ledger
- Click the Finder in the Group ID field and select the Group ID assigned to the user
- In the ‘Select to grant security access’ area, click the History/Budget Maintenance box
- Click Add
- Click Close
The Budget Maintenance window should now appear for the user the next time they open a companyA
