How to retain Excel formulas when distributing a Report Designer Add-in report in Sage 100 Intelligence

Resolution

After reviewing we determined this is working as designed.

In order to include Excel formulas when distributing a Sage Intelligence report, please do the following:
1. Select all cells that contain Report Designer Add-In formulas, right click and select Format Cells > On Protection tab, uncheck Lock
2. Verify all cells that contain Excel formulas are locked (by default they should be)
3. Protect SHEET and select all options
4. In Report Manager, highlight the applicable report name, right click and select Create and Link Template

Note: When the report is distributed all Report Designer Add-in formulas are removed but the Excel formulas are retained.
