Error opening company.asd in Sage 300 Payroll

Description

Error: “Error opening company.asd” in Sage 300 Payroll when accessing forms using Aatrix.

Cause

Corrupt or missing configuration file.

Resolution

In the Sage Shared Data folder, find the folder named AATRIX.
In the AATRIX folder, find the folder with that company name that is generating the error.
Move this folder to another location.
When the report is run again then a new configuration folder will be created.
