Description

Error 47 JCWUDB 9922 when updating Job Cost Billing Register

Cause

The error specifically occurs after updating the Job Cost Billing Register and the system is about to print/preview the Job Cost Daily Transaction Register.

The issue may be caused when another user is logged into the Job Cost module.  Please have all users exit Job Cost and try the update again.

If the error persists, please update the Daily Transaction Register from the General Ledger module.

Resolution

1. Go to General Ledger, Main, Daily Transaction Register.
2. Print or preview the register to verify all entries are correct.
3. Update the register.
4. Go to Job Cost, Job Billing, Job Billing Register.
5. Note that there are “No Job Billings to Print”
