Error: "#0 record/file busy" attempting BR Positive Pay Export Bank Reconciliation

Summary

or “Error #0 record/file busy” (without path listed) while selecting Positive Pay Export Processing.

Cause

The Windows account running the Sage 100 Application Server service did not have sufficient permissions to this path.
Or the Windows user on the workstation does not have access to that path.

Resolution

To use a Windows account (such as a Domain Administrator account) to run the Sage 100 Application Server service.


Check the network path in the Positive Pay Export path location and see if it is accessible via Windows File Manager. IT may need to grant user access to this network path or the Export Path may need to be changed in Sage 100 Positive Pay export setting.
