  • The Activate.pvx file is corrupted
  • Screen Resolution too low (800 x 600)


  1. Have all users exit Sage 100 ERP Standard
  2. Navigate to the ..mas90\home\lib\keys folder on the server.
  3. Delete the existing Activate.pvx file
  4. Go to the ..\mas90\home\ folder
  5. Double click on $actpvx.bat
  6. Start Sage 100 ERP, Company Maintenance will now open properly.
