Summary
If you have an earlier version of Sage CRM synchronization component, when installing a new one from Sage 300 2017, it may be failed to update.
Resolution
This issue will be addressed in Sage 300 2017 PU1. The workaround is remove the old one first:
- Go to Control Panel, Uninstall or Change a Program, uninstall Sage CRM synchronization component
- Install it from \\Sage 300 Program share\Sage 300 ERP\EW64A\COMPONENT\setup.exe
