Cause
Environment Resources on the Local machine
Resolution
In Windows:
- Open Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
- Stop the Print Spooler Service
- Go to Start/Run in Windows and Type in %Temp%
- Select All (CTRL-A) in Windows explorer for this folder and Delete all files.
- Open Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
- Start the Print Spooler Service
- Reinstall Workstation Setup
- Test Business Insights Explorer
If the issue persists, it is possible the Windows Default printer has a bad printer drive or is unreachable. Try changing the default printer in Windows to a PDF Printer (Like CutePDF) or the “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” and test
