Resolution

In Windows:

  • Open Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
  • Stop the Print Spooler Service
  • Go to Start/Run in Windows and Type in %Temp%
  • Select All (CTRL-A) in Windows explorer for this folder and Delete all files.
  • Open Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
  • Start the Print Spooler Service
  • Reinstall Workstation Setup
  • Test Business Insights Explorer

If the issue persists, it is possible the Windows Default printer has a bad printer drive or is unreachable. Try changing the default printer in Windows to a PDF Printer (Like CutePDF) or the “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” and test
