Accounts are missing in Report Designer Add-in Reports in Sage 100

Cause

Certain accounts when copied over from another company can have a different Company Code than the company the report is being ran for

Resolution

Change the CompanyCode$ in GL_Account.m4t

  1. Go to Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display and Maintenance
  2. Browse to and select ..\MAS90\MAS_xxx\GLxxx\GL_account.m4t (xxx=company code)
  3. Change to KRAWACCOUNT and type in the G/L account number without separators and press ENTER
  4. Verify the Company Code
  5. If the Company Code is not correct , click Edit
  6. Select CompanyCode$ from drop down list
  7. In the Change field, type the correct company code
  8. Click OK
  9. Regenerate report from Report Manager
